ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Such activities may carry certain risks, including, but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, cardiovascular events, allergic reactions, and other physical or emotional injuries.

HEALTH AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

By signing up for or using our website and program you understand, acknowledge and warrant that:

You are in good health and physical condition to participate in the Program.
You further confirm that you have consulted with a licensed healthcare professional regarding any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses that may affect your ability to engage in the physical activities involved in the Program.
You agree to inform Human Optimization Company, Inc. of any changes to your health status or medical conditions that may arise during your participation in the Program.

RELEASE AND WAIVER

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Program and by signing up for or using our website and program you understand, acknowledge that:

By signing up for or using our website and program you understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any personal property you bring to any of the Program premises or use from home. You release Human Optimization Company, Inc. from any liability for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of your personal property that may occur during your participation in the Program.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.By signing up for or using our website and program you voluntarily agree to the terms of this liability waiver.
